Refund Policy

At Trunova Kids, your satisfaction matters to us. Because our orders are fulfilled by Amazon (FBA), all returns and refunds are handled through Amazon’s standard return process.

Return Window

  • Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

How to Request a Return

  • Log into your Amazon account.

  • Go to Your Orders, select your Trunova Kids purchase, and choose Return or Replace Items.

  • Follow the prompts to print a return label and ship your item back.

Refund Process

  • Once Amazon receives your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Amazon will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, some opened supplement products may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
