Go to Your Orders, select your Trunova Kids purchase, and choose Return or Replace Items.

Follow the prompts to print a return label and ship your item back.

Refund Process

Once Amazon receives your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Amazon will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, some opened supplement products may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
