Order Fulfillment

All Trunova Kids orders are fulfilled by Amazon (FBA). This means your order is picked, packed, and shipped directly from Amazon's warehouses for fast, reliable delivery.

Shipping Times

• Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): Available on all U.S. orders.

• Expedited Shipping (2 business days): Available in most regions.

• Priority/One-Day Shipping: Available in select areas, depending on Amazon’s coverage.

Shipping Costs

• Amazon Prime Members: Free 2-day (or faster) shipping applies where eligible.

• Non-Prime Customers: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and delivery speed.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. All shipments can be tracked through Amazon’s system.

International Shipping
Currently, Trunova Kids products ship only within the United States. International shipping options will be announced as we expand.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Since fulfillment is managed by Amazon, any lost, delayed, or damaged shipments are covered by Amazon’s customer service and replacement policies.
